California Capital & Investment Group (CCIG) is a full service commercial real estate company specializing in Commercial Brokerage, Development, Management, Investment, and Advisory services.  CCIG began as California Commercial Investments (CCI) and California Capital Group (CCG) in 1992 and became CCIG in 2009.  CCIG’s newly formed retail property development division, STHEM, focuses on acquisition, entitlement and construction of service stations, travel centers and car washes.
